My fasting day of 500 calories went rather well until the end. My dinner was my entire day's allotment (and then some), which brought my total calories for the day up to over 1000. I'll have to figure something out for next week when I attempt it again. Otherwise, I have a slight headache this morning, which carried over from last night (probably due more to exhaustion than hunger) but no other ailments.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
