Haven't been this high since beginning of summer!!! UGH!!!!!! Changed pills I was taking but doing other things wrong. Starting my own challenge today...
1. Consume less calories than burn off
2. Walk
3. Less alcohol
4. No eating after 7
5. More water
6. Plenty of rest
STICK TO IT AND GET BACK!!!
118.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 21.0 lb a week
