Its what happens when you get home from work late, hungry like a stray dog and you start scavenging for food. You prepare a quick tuna mayo mix with 2 fried eggs and 30grama dorittos. Somewhere in between while holding off the hunger pains you “skof” 4 sticks of drywors and a couple of slices of biltong.
Red meat and Doritos are never evening snacks, no no no.
302.0 lb Lost so far: 99.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
