Really need to watch my fat intake.
I ate 'healthy' oatmeal cookies yesterday. Only when I put the nutritional values in did I realize that they weren't healthy in the direction I required!
They contained a hell of a lot of fat - good fat, but fat none the less.
166.7 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
