Stayed the same for a few days. It is better than going up. I will stay the course and see what happens. If nothing, then I will make adjustments. Even with the first 10 down I feel much better.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
