Wow, what a weekend. Too much of daughter's birthday cake and ice cream. I feel like I need a detox from all the sugar. Seriously though, all that is just a symptom. I feel anxious about the upcoming holidays, a 30 year reunion, the coming cold and dark of winter, and some other not-as-yet specified anxiety gnawing at my belly making me think I'm hungry and need to eat. I'm craving distraction.
