Today I woke at 6am and ran along the East River for 28 minutes. I'm attempting a 500 calorie day too. I've started this morning with an iced green tea chai and a bowl of cottage cheese with mixed berries. Hopefully that lasts me until this evening. I plan to pickup a Luna bar (or similar) to have in my bag, just in case I start to get hangry.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
