Woot! Down a couple pounds ....I'll take it! I have been drinking water like a beast(haha)and really watching my processed foods. Went for a nice walk last night and boooooy am I out of shape!! Gonna push a lil harder tonight. One thing, I always start to feel sluggish after a few days....does anyone else have that problem? What can I do to help this feeling??
