Weight loss has stalled for a week now. Spoke to nutritionist at OCC and she recommended Fat Burner supplements. They are ordered.

In the meantime, I am ramping up my exercise and trying to drink more water.

Very frustrated.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
