I was happy to see under 143 - first time ever as an adult. A new low! Still have a ways to go but feeling pretty good, just wish I had more energy. Can't get the thyroid retested until end of the month-ish. I really think the dose is too low but the doc says it's too soon to know. Yeah. BS. So I'm adding in caffeine several times a day and still crashing. Ended up missing my nap and I'm SO ready for bed. I hate feeling so out of control with the energy thing. Really not fun.
