Over the last two days I have ate a lot! A lot. Too much. I don't know why, but I did was I used to do: pig out. I started eating junk food and I couldn't stop for two days in a row. And what happened? I gained about 5 pounds in a couple of days! I was 169 at one point a few days ago and today i weighed myself and I was 174. Wow. I almost undid was I have been doing over the last few weeks in two days. I need to get back to eating healthy, now. Its okay if i have once in a while have a slip, but I have to get back up as soon as possible and keep advancing toward my goal. My goal this week is to get back to 172.
