yayyyy i'm exactly halfway through lost 9 kgs, 9 more to go🤘
will try to stay motivated and consistent🤞
130.1 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 July 2020:
1268 kcal Fat: 27.50g | Prot: 35.57g | Carb: 231.47g.   Breakfast:  Samosa,  Upma,  Kala Chana, Parle G Biscuit,  Lemonade, Amul Toned Milk. Lunch:  Mango,  Cucumber (Peeled). Dinner: Shahi Paneer,  Mango Shake,  Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled),  Roti. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Mathri,  Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels on Cob, without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). more...

how did you lose 9 kgs ?

@asirabhat, Just being consistent and regular workouts and little bit of cardio and avoiding unhealthy, junk foods, oily foods not following any particular diet, skipping one heavy meal a day and having a some good fruits at that meal time because i don't think so that i can follow any particular diet for whole of my life :) Hope it helpsāœŒ
