Didn't lose as much as I hoped this week despite kicking my workout up a notch. Hopefully ill snap out of this plateau. I fear I'm eating too little so I'm trying to add to my calories.
221.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
