I have honestly been eating atrociously but for some reason, I've lost weight. I'm so thrilled, but given that I don't know the cause I worry I'll gain again. That being said, working in health in the middle of a pandemic is unbelievably stressful so maybe there is an upside to the never ending changes COVID has brought about. Here's to the unknown, to growth and discipline. #onwardsandupwards
