Was afraid to weigh in this week. Feeling very bloated past several days. Maybe be partly due to humidity in my area. Trying to decrease carbs and increase fat because muscle aches still following me after workouts. Calorie counts show low fat intake. So much to learn!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
