I am a little sad this morning. I weighed in and only lost 1 pound. I have really been working hard on losing this weight, but it's days like this that make me feel like I am never going to be able to lose it all. I know at least I lost someting, but it still is disapointing to me.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week

I feel your pain! :( I was thinking I would see my scales weighing me in much lower, and like you only lost a lb. But hey, we CAN do this!!! We can't expect miracles. If we let this discourage us, then we will never lose the weight. Try mixing up your exercises, and add more water! I'm cheering for you! :)

Hang in there! If you have been working hard, the scale just hasn't caught up to you yet! Keep it up, and the scale will start go go down further!

Keep going. No matter how slow the process, just try to stay on course. Even though you may not see big results, you're still doing wonderful things by improving your overall health...which is way more important than just losing the weight. You're doing a great job, so stay with it. :)

Look at the big picture. You have lost 5lbs in less than 2 weeks. That is nothing to sneeze at and is a healthy rate of loss.

I hope I can lose 5lbs in 2 weeks, I just look at it a day at a time and as long as you are losing you will do ok. Dont forget this is a lifetime now not just a diet stick with it your doing well.
