I am making progress and enjoying it. I already am feeling better from being more active and not over eating. I am conscious of food portions and learning to be satisfied. We tried a Hello Fresh low calorie collection and it was a wonderful dinner with interesting flavors and the right calorie count for me. I think some more dinners like this will help me visualize portion sizes and adjust my eyes. I am looking forward to appropriate and healthy meals. Thanks Fat Secret for the inspiration to make these lifestyle changes.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
