3 mile run (run/walk). Approx 30 mins. Based on readings, have dropped 5 pounds of fat. Lean muscle maintaining since since start of July. 3 strength training workouts completed. Pumped to be back on the right path to optimal health!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
