1510 kcal Fat: 36.08g | Prot: 63.07g | Carb: 240.36g.   Breakfast:  Almonds ,  Kiwi Fruit,  Strawberries , Sainsbury's Scottish Porridge Oats. Lunch:  Cooked Mature Onions (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking),  Sweet Red Peppers ,  Tomato Paste (with Salt Added) ,  Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled) , Sainsbury's British Broad Beans, Old El Paso Corn Tortillas. Dinner: Graze Cocoa & Vanilla Protein Flapjack. Snacks/Other:  Fresh Lime Juice,  Cucumber (with Peel) ,  Kiwi Fruit,  Strawberries , Sainsbury's Chia Seeds . more...
