started a new system called bright line eating. I was at 231 on Wednesday when I started it. down 6 lbs to 225. 4 lbs from modest weight on here
225.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
