Been quiet the last 2 weeks. Haven’t been tracking and did binge last weekend and took 3 days off working out. I’m still in my maintenance weight range so not too phased on the increase. Going to continue to take a break from tracking calories and macros and see if I can’t focus more on healthier clean foods and eat as much of it as I want. On the plus I feel a lot stronger from my workouts and definitely forming some definition.
