Woohoo, reached a new mile mark today [200lbs.],yea...Anyway, had 3 1/2 cups watermelon, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 apple, 1 plum with usual round of supplements, maybe 325 cals.. Did 105 sit-ups and 50 push-ups, ugh, but it's paying off. Yea... Cheers
200.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 21.0 lb a week
