Didn't think this was possible - to loose 5 lbs while eating anything I wanted 5 days a week, with no supplements, drugs or special foods (I think these methods are just ways for others to jump into your pocket book). Just using the principal of fasting 2 days a week I've begun to shape up my body - I feel more fit :)
129.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
