昨晚做了捲腹運動跟仰臥起坐,卡住的體重稍微下降了,也可能是捲腹運動,幫助宿便的排出。
早49.7,體脂25.5%
玩50.5,體脂24.3%
今天吃了比較多澱粉(飯糰跟乾拌麵)
109.6 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
