It doesn't kook like a massive loss in well over a year since the last weigh in but thats a 20kg loss since april 2013 as I let my diet alide just 2 days after I joined the site...as explained in my other journel entry! Timeito really get motivated with this weight loss now I know I can do it! :-)
178.1 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
