Ate appropriately...drank 1.5 glasses of wine. Still dropped some weight. Need to go poo, haven't gone in almost 3 days now. I know, TMI. But trying to be honest here. Still not very hungry during the day. Am getting tired in the afternoons, and more sluggish. I think I need to start working out.
