These days, i experienced my photos are not uploaded at once. So often i should upload my photos twice. (But in my case, no error messages are popped up when it fails)

if it is the problem about account, then you'd better to ask it the administrator or manager of this app.
But if you think it is the problem of app(=just a technical problem), i suggest that you just remove this app and download/setup it again😀

i think the problem you have now is slightly different from mine. but i have heard the similar case previously (not these days) from other users. idk exactly about the cause of problem as well as did not experience. there is nothing we can do without trying continuously and waiting for reply from the manager 😭😭😭 sorry
