Haven't been online much, so I haven't been able to participate in the Refocus Challenge as much as I would like to or should. I'm hoping I'm home enough next week to participate.
I also hope to up my exercise/cardio next week once things settle down. I've been exercising, just not as much as I would like. But I've started belly dancing lessons again, which helps a lot.
