Well, I'm up .8 this morning, but I'm feeling really bloated, so maybe next week I'll be down again. I ate a lot of carby food yesterday, so I'm sure that didn't help. This week could be tough, with a few different celebrations going on for the 4th I will be challenged with my eating. And, my hubby and kids are gone today and tomorrow and that always makes me want to eat out or get junk food. Tonight shouldn't be too bad because I'm making my lunch for the week and having what I make for dinner. I just have to use all of my will power the next couple of days.

I talked myself into doing my workout this morning. I'm glad I did because tonight I'm working later then I have to run to the store and I know I'd get home and be hungry and skip the workout. Tomorrow is my rest day, so I'm going to sleep in, but try to do something active in the evening. My goal for when my hubby and kids are gone is to not spend the whole evening on the couch.

Must be good vibes in the air because I got my workout in this morning too! However, I hope I didn't blow all of the benefits by eating at the Chinese buffet. Good Luck! I would love a little peace and quiet from everyone. My inner hermit coming out Lol!

Only wives and mothers can truly appreciate peace and quiet. :) I went and rented a movie that I know my hubby and kids would never watch and I'm ready to make some chicken enchiladas for dinner, and I did get myself a piece of chocolate cake too, sinful I know, but it fits in my calorie budget, so why not! I know the movie goes against my wanting to be active, but I'm going to be active until I sit down to watch it.
