we are out of town this week, in a town with nothing but strip malls and greasy restaurants, so i'm not doing to well. i went to target this morning and picked up 2 new workout dvd's on their sale, so i'm going to double my workouts as soon as we get back. i did manage to get a workout while at the hotel yesterday, and we walked about an hour 2 nights ago, so i was close. i have been pretty good with the water and green tea only (thanks to starbucks at target) but did go out drinking the other night... i guess overall i didn't measure up this week, but i plan on starting out strong next week.
