Had 2 Atkins bars and ate a little more yesterday. Not unexpected to go up a little. Will walk the stairs a little today and add more water to offset.
9:30pm - Had a good day, walked 4 flights of stairs today besides the normal walking about for work. Lots of water in my system and skipped the Atkins bar without too much mental complaining. They're a little dangerous so I might need to back off a bit or risk a trigger. Hoping for a nice drop tomorrow am. Maybe 142-ish?
FYI, 143.0 is my lowest adult weight ever. I wish my eyes could "see" what my scales and the clothing sizes tell me. I still see the same shape and the same rolls, although they are smaller rolls.
Do you have trouble "seeing" the new you like others do?
