Have done a lot of yard work these last three days. Not only is the yard starting to look better I'm also getting a good work out. I also have noticed after working for 3 to 4 hours it is hard to sit still I want to keep moving.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
