It was a good week. I've made a few changes to keep my calorie count a bit lower. I've made it through the whole week without a single glass of wine, which helps me keep my focus and not drink unnecessary empty calories. I'm still working on the empty calories of ice cream, and I'll get there.
125.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
