I hope this is water weight from my indulgent weekend. Back at it today.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It probably is friend! Back at it for the week is good 🙌💪 I’m sure I’m the same between fried chicken and pho 🍲, but I’m trying not to obsess with the scale( hard as heck) and logging everything 💜💚

I know I keep telling myself that I need to figure out how to do my favorite things but get back to it. The scale does keep me honest though. Lol
