This is a new start for me. I let my weight get out of control and am full of aches in my knees because of it. I am so thankful for fresh starts! I am doing well with the app and I appreciate the food pics and exercise inspiration.
244.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
