Started an all organic anti-inflammation diet back near the end of May. Feel better and have lost about 8-10lbs without trying. Would like to lose more weight but don't want that to be the focus. Just would like to continue to feel better mostly. Not sure if that's possible. I tend to have a lot of joint and muscle pain. Was told I have fibro and am being assessed for possible arthritis. Also have hypothyroid and am anemic. Went off milk and that has helped the burning and tired sensation in my muscles but still have some cramping and joint pain, though the joint pain has decreased some. Also staying away from GMO's as well as certain grains mostly wheat and corn. Allow ancient grains and some non-GMO grains now and again. Looking forward to continuing a healthy journey.
