Well folks I did it!!!!

I made my first goal. I have lost the first 10lbs of the year, for a total of 34lbs. I was a bit worried earlier that I gained and I did start my pd today, but I got on and I made it!! 220lbs!!! I have not been that weight in Oh, my...6yrs maybe. I made it so I get my reward, a huge chocolate cake, lol, no not really. I refuse to use food as rewards. I get to get my hair cut!!! I am very excited because I am taking my girls with me and they are getting a trim.

This really is a bittersweet moment. I am doing this, no drugs or fast diets. Just eating healthy and regular exercise. Who'd a thunk it right? :) I am so close I can taste it!(poor choice of words!)When I reach my next goal I will be 210, 10lbs away from 200. That to me is amazing!! On the other hand I think how is my life going to change with all this weight loss? Will I look ok? What will I have to hide behind then? Will I go down in sizes?

This is good, I am so excited to be getting healthy and I am very excited to have more energy. Even with these last 10lbs I have so much more energy. I feel great!!!

I can't wait to see my new do! I need to think of a really good reward for my next goal....
