I did it!!! I reached my first goal, now to the second.
249.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

862 kcal Fat: 6.60g | Prot: 47.90g | Carb: 155.84g.   Breakfast: light vanilla soy milk, dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt, special k. Lunch: Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette, iceberg lettuce, cooked broccoli-uh, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, shredded cheese, zucchini, Spinach, cucumber. Dinner: pinto beans, grean peas. Snacks/Other: nabisco cheese nips reduced fat, mandarin oranges, strawberries, diced peaches. more...
losing 2.6 lb a week
