Last week when I came home from vacation I was up to 208. After taking care of myself this week I’ve dropped 3 pounds, so that feels great.
205.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1825 kcal Fat: 90.35g | Prot: 64.27g | Carb: 194.84g.   Lunch: Canyon Farms Mixed Fruit, McAlister's Deli Butter Packet, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Sourdough Bread, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Hashbrown Casserole, Chicken or Turkey with Dumplings (Mixture). Dinner: 1% Fat Milk, Fit & Active Vitality Cereal with Strawberries. Snacks/Other: Marie Callender's Peanut Butter Cream Pie. more...
