seharian ini sm kmrn mlem aq coba bwt defisit kalori sm mnum jus guava lumayan bgt sih bs turun sekilo gak nyangka timbngan jd 75. aq masih ttp mkan nasi tp 5 sndok aq bnyakin protein hewani sm sayurannya aq tiap mkan dg porsi yg sdkit dbwah 1000 kalori. hrusnya sih gpp yah soalny aq org yg kurang aktif.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
