I just weighed myself for the first time in a week. I know that doesn’t sound like a big deal but it is to me because I am a bit obsessed with weighing myself everyday so it was pretty hard to stay away from the scale. I am very disappointed in myself🙁. I thought I tried hard enough but obviously not. I am a bit discouraged but I will try again this week.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't lose hope! hormones play a big role and slower weight loss is sustainable. you are doing great 👍 😁💥
