Plateau? I am down about 3400 calories for the week, but weight is flat. Even before that the progress had slowed down for a couple weeks while running decent caloric deficits.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
