I am doing low carb and adding a fat burning soup to my diet. I am keeping my carb intake between 20 and 25. I have a really hard time to lose, but by adding the soup it seems to be doing the trick. I started about ll 1/2 weeks ago on the low carb and lost 12 pounds in 9 1/2 weeks. since adding the soup I have lost an additional 6 pounds. This challenge is perfect because I was hoping to lose 25 lbs in 3 months so maybe I will be able to motivate myself for the extra 5 lbs.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
