Light Bfast and lunch....healthy dinner. Weights twice a week, will get into more cardio as well. Would like to be at 250 by the end of July with a good effort.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
