so its already been 3 months of my weight loss journey and i had lost 8 kilos and 10 more to go. This journey is might be slow but yeah atleast i'm losing :) . So hoping to lose those remaining 10 kilos in coming 4 months🤞
131.8 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 July 2020:
1304 kcal Fat: 24.41g | Prot: 39.83g | Carb: 246.31g.   Breakfast: Amul Masti Dahi,  Plain Paratha, Parle G Biscuit,  Lemonade, Amul Toned Milk. Lunch:  Aloo Sabzi,  Mango,  Roti,  Chana Dal. Dinner:  Aloo Sabzi,  Brinjal,  Mango Shake,  Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled),  Roti. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar. more...
