Ugh!! Jumping jacks....... Gaaaaaahhd I had no idea they are so difficult!! Used to do millions of these in grade and high school. I think I did ten. TEN! It's seems so sad. Then the sit ups? I can't even sit up! Like off the couch! So I got thru 5 of those. Water? No problem. I am almost up to 6 16 oz of water each day. **Goal today..... 15 jumping jacks 10 sit ups

what you did jumping jack....good yob!! I was going to do some in the pool, does that count...lol I did do my sit ups and reach the 100 goal yesterday. I did 60 this morning...i was tired before I even got to work. geez!!
