Gained all the weight I lost during quarantine. Been avoiding the app like I’ve been avoiding the mirror. Excited to get back on track and feel good on the inside and out. It’s always great seeing other users’ meals, motivation, and stories.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
