I went off the diet on Sunday by eating potato salad 2 pieces of cake and 2 scoops of ice cream. I knew I was going to do that but in hind sight it wasn't 100% worth it. I felt like I had a pot of cement in my stomach. Monday I went right back on the diet and feel much better today.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
