Well, the scales say I gained a pound, but that is OK. I know from experience that this low-carb diet takes about five weeks to start kicking in. The last time I did this, I didn't see any weight change until about five weeks or so, so I'm not expecting it for this time either. I know I'm doing the right things, so I'm just gonna keep on trucking!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
