arrrhhh 2 parties yesterday, lots of food lots of wine!! oh dear!! well whats done is done, just have to give myself that treat (its not like i do it everyday!) and be good now, which i can do something about now! might not Weigh in this week! :/
187.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
